1. Support Hours Expiration: • Support hours purchased in predefined increments are strictly non-refundable and must be utilized within one calendar year from the date of purchase. Clients are strongly advised to fully utilize these hours within the designated period to avoid forfeiture, as expired hours cannot be reclaimed or extended under any circumstances. 2. Project Management Exclusion: • Our standard support packages explicitly exclude any form of project management services. Clients requiring project management must subscribe to a dedicated project management package, which is offered as a separate service. 3. Non-Refundable VPS Packages: • Virtual Private Server (VPS) packages are contracted on an annual subscription basis and are non-refundable once the service activation has occurred. Should clients no longer require the VPS for its initially intended purpose, they retain the right to repurpose the server for alternative applications at their discretion, without any entitlement to financial reimbursement. 5. No Refund for Consumed Services: • Services, once consumed or initiated, are unequivocally non-refundable. This flexibility is intended to maximize the value derived from support hours, enabling clients to tailor their usage to their specific needs. Clients are encouraged to strategically plan the utilization of support hours to ensure that all purchased time is effectively utilized to address their business needs.
7. Non-Refundable Support Fees: • Support fees, once service delivery has commenced, are strictly non-refundable. This policy is clearly outlined and publicly accessible on our corporate website. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable condition, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding from the outset. 8. Termination of Services: • The company reserves the unequivocal right to terminate services for clients who are found to be in violation of the established terms and conditions, or who engage in unethical or illegal behavior.
